What areas do you currently cover?

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel or change it from your dashboard whenever you like.

How does the FUP work?

Each plan includes a monthly fair-usage allowance. Pass it and your speed is reduced for the rest of the billing cycle — the connection is never cut, and nothing is charged on top. Premium has no FUP.

Can I upgrade later?

Any time, from the dashboard or by asking the assistant. Changes are confirmed with a code emailed to you, and you're only billed the difference for the remaining days.
